Internship Opportunity at innovative tech startup, Propedia:

Are you passionate about coding and eager to get hands-on experience at a tech startup? At Propedia, we're building innovative solutions and are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with our development lead to build, test, and deploy full-stack GIS based web applications.

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end features for our product.

• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and functionality.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate on best practices with other team members.

• Help troubleshoot and debug issues across the application.

• Learn and grow within an environment with plenty of learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good experience with front-end technologies (Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

• Familiarity with back-end development and server-side technologies (Node.js).

• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, or SQL) and experience in integrating APIs.[JY1] 

• Understanding of Github and version control systems.

• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

• Faster learner, self-sufficient and proactive

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup culture, willing to go extra mile

• Interest or experience/knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Property in general.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience with mapping platform like Mapbox, Google Map, MapTiler, OpenStreetMap etc

• Familiarity with agile development processes.

• Previous internship or personal project experience in full-stack development.
