Health & Safety Officer

We have an established portfolio of residential developments across Sydney and Wollongong, and have acquired more projects in the pipeline. As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Work Health & Safety Officer to join our team in Wollongong! The Role:Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance across all project sites.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Develop, review, and implement WHS policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards; ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for staff and contractors.Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive a strong safety culture.Keep up to date with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and industry trends.
