This is a career-defining opportunity for a high-performing sales leader passionate about finance tech, automation, and enterprise solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation, helping major organizations optimize financial workflows, reinforce internal controls, and reduce operational costs.
The salary range is between $115,000 - $125,000 Annually.
Identify and qualify potential finance and accounting leaders through research, industry directories, and professional networks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RedOwl’s AI solutions, market trends, and competitor offerings to guide sales strategies.
Engage with prospective and existing clients to present tailored solutions that address their finance automation needs.
Evaluate client requirements and demonstrate how RedOwl’s intelligent agents can streamline financial operations.
Deliver product demonstrations and build business cases that resonate with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
Manage the sales process end-to-end, including order tracking, CRM updates, and coordination with delivery teams.
Support client onboarding by aligning internal resources and monitoring implementation milestones.
Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, encouraging adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights on market feedback, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue operations, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven products.
Relevant qualifications include a Bachelor or a Master of Business Administration, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions to finance or professional services clients.
Familiarity with Australian finance and accounting sectors is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and modern sales methodologies.
