Glass Warehouse Operator - AM & PM Shifts Available

Glassworks (Aust) Pty Ltd since inception in 2007 has experienced continued growth in both our client base and product range. We manufacture a range of glass panels for the residential and commercial industries.

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for hard working, reliable individuals to join our state of the art Glass Processing and Merchandising operation in Dandenong for both the day and afternoon shifts.

The role is in our warehouse and entails all requirements of unloading, loading and moving of flat glass products.

Previous experience is considered extremely favourable in the below areas:

• Overhead gantry crane including using a pack grab and slings.

• Unloading of shipping containers

• Loading of floatliner frames and crane trucks

• Mobile plant including forklifts and a straddle carrier (Mobicon).

• Previous experience in a bulk glass warehouse.

What we offer:

• Hourly rate of pay ranges between $33 - $35 per hour + super on dayshift, plus a 15% loading on afternoon shift!

• 4 weeks paid annual leave including a full shut down over the late December / early January period; 5 weeks annual leave for PM shift.

• 13 rostered days off a year
