Full-Time Supply & Distribution Manager Required

Aussie Continental Foods Pty Ltd T/A Patricks Continental Breads is seeking a full-time Supply & Distribution Manager to operate and become a part of their team at 101 Carlingford Street, Sefton NSW 2162.

We are a wholesale supplier of freshly baked products and delivered 6 days a week. Our clientele includes cafes, restaurants, hospitals, airport, catering companies and supermarkets.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely production and delivery of fresh bakery products, aligned with company goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end distribution operations, including demand forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and transportation scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and logistics partners to secure reliable sourcing and efficient product flow.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and seasonal fluctuations to adjust supply and distribution strategies for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
• Lead, supervise, and train the supply chain and distribution team to drive performance, ensure operational accuracy, and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations, meet delivery deadlines, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and workplace health & safety requirements across all supply and distribution activities.

Qualification & experience

Experience Required: At least 1 year in a similar field. 

Good Salary Package: ($85,000 plus Super)
