We are seeking a full time Management Consultant with at least 3 years of experience, to be based in Melbourne, Victoria. Salary of $100,000 + super.
You will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Initiate quarterly setting of goals using Scaling Up method to set company objectives and strategies aimed at ensuring (1) customer satisfaction; (2) efficient OPEX management; and (3) business continuity.
- Map out company-wide processes and systems and ensure all flows are well-documented and up to date.
- Conduct periodic reviews on existing systems and any process that can be streamlined.
- Draft process improvement plans: identify RACI, roll-out phases, and the time- and/or cost savings involved.
- Ensure that all PIP (process improvement plans) is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and employees to elaborate on areas of proposed improvements.
- Design key performance indicators for every role to stay on top of team performance.
- Design process to facilitate random but objective quality checks on the services rendered to clients.
- Organize monthly business reviews to be attended by Directors and Managers to assess the company’s performance.
- Design roll-out plan every time the company opens a new branch including but not limited to location, workforce, and employee training.
Qualifications:
- Suitably qualified (relevant bachelor’s qualification)

- At least 3 years of experience
