FIFO Trades - Diesel fitters/Mechanics

Diesel fitters/ Mechanics 

Roster: 2:1 FIFO

Rate: $50 per hour +

Location: Northwest Queensland and Northern Territory

Travel: Flights from any major city included

Accommodation & Meals: included

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic 
• Tyre fitting experience
• Experience working on trucks, trailers and heavy plant equipment 
• Current drivers license 

The role:

• Completing service and maintenance requirements and ensuring timely repair of faults 
• Attending breakdowns and emergency situations 
• Understand NHVAS requirements 
• Rotating 2:1 roster – including days and nights
• Ongoing long-term contracts
• Site Features: Gym, pool (most sites), multipurpose room and laundry service
