About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
Provide high-quality confidential executive support to the Service Director of Mental Health and AOD Services in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of the office.
Manage an electronic diary of meetings and appointments for the Service Director Mental Health and AODS prioritising requests for appointments and ensuring optimal time-management. This will require liaising with personnel to organise appointments/meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is arranged prior to the appointment.
With minimal direction, source and collate information, draft, and coordinate the effective and timely management of briefings, submissions, Ministerial correspondence, and external correspondence for the Service Director of Mental Health and AOD Services.
Liaise and co-ordinate with senior management, clinicians, and other staff within the Service and across the Health Service using discretion with sensitive and/or confidential matters and develop ongoing working relationships.
