Your new role
We are seeking a motivated and suitably experienced professional to join our Program Delivery team as the Executive Program Director for the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) Program.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension(s).
WA Health currently has multiple standalone systems to manage rosters, payroll and Human Resources (HR) employee information for over 60,000 staff. The HRMIS Program is a major ICT program to replace and reform payroll and rostering systems across the WA Health system by introducing a single HR, payroll and rostering solution that is simple, reliable and accessible. The HRMIS Program is being led by HSS in partnership with the Department of Health, Health Service Providers as well as other entities.
