About the Opportunity
As Events Coordinator, you'll partner with key stakeholders to plan and promote strategic events that celebrate Wellways as a leading provider of carer, mental health and wellbeing services.
The events you plan and schedule will align with clear targets in the marketing plan and consistently reflect our strategic goals, key messages and brand identity.
Your key accountabilities include the end-to-end planning of events, from pre-production to post-production and reporting. Simultaneously, while co-developing a consistent communications plan with the wider Communications team, the individuality of local audiences always needs to be at the forefront of all planning efforts.
In addition to organising events that follow an established pattern, irregular events such as corporate sponsorships at conferences and expos, service launches, major community events or ministerial visits must also be supported and communicated with a wide range of team members.
In this newly created role, you will become an integral National Marketing and Communications Team member and receive expert advice and support from all required subject matter experts across Wellways. Excellent organisational, networking and communications skills are essential.
