KAEFER Integrated Services are currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to support the team at Mackay, Queensland. Local candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and coach a team of experience tradespeople
Ensure resource management including plant, people and equipment
Manage onsite safety and role model appropriate safety behaviours
Daily and weekly reporting as required
Monitor and track progress against project schedule
Ensure the overall quality of work and compliance with required standards and specifications
About You
Previous experience in Electrical Supervisor role ideally within the resources sector
Trade qualification + white card
Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
