Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers/Personal Care Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized support that empowers participants to live more independently and achieve their NDIS goals.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals

Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, meals)

Helping with household tasks—meal preparation, cleaning, laundry

Providing transport to work, school, appointments, shopping, and outings

Encouraging community participation (movies, sports, library visits, coffee catch-ups)

Implementing behavior support plans and assisting with independent living skills

Providing companionship and emotional support to participants

Monitoring well-being and reporting changes in condition to supervisors/health professionals

Maintaining accurate records, case notes, and incident reports

What we need from you

Minimum 1 year of experience in Disability or Personal Support

Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Working with Children Check

First Aid & CPR certification

Full driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance

Manual Handling competency

Full Australian working rights

Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes for shifts

Availability to work PM and Passive shifts
