About The Role Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.comServe as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the monday.com teamEmpower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.comTake ownership of new accounts and manage their onboardingLead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our productStay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of monday.comBuild, own, and execute client success and engagement plansNavigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnershipSpearhead internal cross-functional improvement projectsRepresent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmapPartner with Consulting and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Requirements 2-3 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience working with accounts of various sizesPrior experience in Strategy consultingStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesStrong quantitative data analysis skills with proven business insight and judgmentExperience in building relationships with senior business & platform stakeholdersExperience helping customers deploy and see the value of the products they have purchasedSuperb written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude, empathy, and high energyAbility to take initiative and adaptBA or BS degree Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.
