The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role
You will be responsible for providing Concierge services to the newly refurbished shared amenity floors on level 18 and 27 at 121 Exhibition Street. Ensuring that occupants and their visitors are supported and enjoy an excellent customer service experience. These spaces include meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, training rooms, quiet spaces, project rooms, wellness areas and other working spaces which have been designed to provide a modern, adaptive, and flexible working environment. The role is an “in office” based position and you will be required onsite full time.
