You will be joining a well-known Australian company in the sports industry. This business is fast-paced, will challenge and give you the opportunity to hone your skillset and accelerate your career journey.
  
Core responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting - ownership over month-end, assets, capex
• Team leadership - manage & mentor a Finance Analyst
• Technical - Shared based payments, R&M, Impairment, DCF
• Statutory reporting - uplift statutory and compliance capabilities over complex issues including consolidation, goodwill impairment testing, payroll leave provisioning, lender reporting
• Audit - Lead POC with the auditors and preparation of financial reports, papers and support as required

Must-have attributes:

• Strong technical accounting expertise
• ASX200 / large private experience, either directly or via professional services
• Resilience, adaptability, can-do attitude. NOT precious.
• CA/CPA qualification
• Advanced expertise in excel, managing group consolidation and reporting requirements
• Smart and agile to work in a fast-paced environment
