The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, operating heavy equipment, and communicating with the team. Qualifications Carpentry and Civil Engineering skillsExperience in Quality Control and operating Heavy EquipmentStrong Communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and plansPrevious experience in a similar roleEffective leadership and teamwork abilitiesExcellent problem-solving skillsCertification in Construction Management or related field is a plus
