COMPUTER NETWORK AND SYSTEMS ENGINEER

This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our clients' IT infrastructure by ensuring the availability, security, and performance of network and server systems. Task & responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions. 
• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualized environments. 
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated incidents, troubleshooting complex issues to resolution. 
• Monitor network and system performance using enterprise tools to ensure availability, capacity, and security. 
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions, including patching, vulnerability management, and compliance checks. 
• Contribute to IT projects, system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and deployment of new technologies. 
• Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business requirements. 

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor of Information Technology or related degree
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) andenterprise-grade routing/switching
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux system administration
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox,Hyper-V)
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client environments and deliver high-quality IT solutions.
