Your Role

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be part of a caring, dynamic team helping people live independently in their own homes and engage with their communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance

Supporting clients with transportation, social activities, appointments, and shopping

Assisting with household tasks: light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

Monitoring well-being and reporting progress

Supporting clients with assistive equipment and complex needs

Recording accurate notes using a mobile app

About You

You are warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others. You thrive in a people-first environment and can build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

You’ll bring:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Reliability and a compassionate attitude

Confidence using smartphone apps for scheduling and notes

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

What You’ll Need

Diploma in Community Support

National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)

COVID-19 vaccination certificate (as required by health directives)

First Aid & CPR Certificate (current)

Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Smartphone with internet access

Legal working rights in Australia
