The Library is seeking to fill the role of Coordinator, Collection Description: Projects (APS5) within the Collection Management Section of the Collection Branch, non-ongoing until 23 November 2025.

The role requires:

• Demonstrated understanding of collection management and control activities
• Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to promote continuous business improvement processes
• Experience using Library systems including DLC and FOLIO is preferred

• Work directly with the Library's extensive and unique collections
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team to ensure the Library's collections are discoverable and accessible.
