Clinical Lead | OT | $125,000 Base + Super | Brisbane

CO: National NDIS Co delivers specialist services and assessments using experienced therapists via a multidisciplinary model.

ROLE: 

• Lead: Clinical Leadership to a best practice and specialised OT Team 6 x OT's are in South Eastern Queensland | Remotely mentor 3 OT's in NSW. Develop services in new and innovative ways.
• Your Team: Mentor & empower your team of OT's and Allied Health Assistants by developing their clinical knowledge and ensure quality of reports and interventions.
• Clients: Serve our adult clients in line with your area of specialisation.
• Collaborate across Projects with other Clinical Leads operational managers
• Quality Assuring quality of reports and interventions
• Maintain a reduced case load in line with your area of specialisation.

LOCATION: The office is in Darra South Brisbane but plenty of flexibility to work from home
