Your Role Includes Guiding children through their unique learning journey using Montessori principlesLeading and inspiring a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and educationBuilding strong, trusting relationships with families and childrenEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)Experience: 1-2 years in a leadership role within early childhood educationCurrent Working with Children CheckFirst Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Strong knowledge of the National Quality FrameworkExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA team player with a collaborative and supportive approachPassion for Montessori education and fostering a love for learning Why Join Us?
