We are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations.

The manager will work alongside the owner to help build the business through creative ideas, marketing, revenue building and reporting.

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff members

• Lead and maintain a high level in service standards and implement training as needed

  • Overseeing the timely provision of products and services, and the replenishment of stock

  • Ensuring all products sold meet high quality store standards

  • Ensuring all staff provide best practice customer service to every customer

  • Addressing any customer service issues as they arise

• Ownership of FOH rostering & budgets

• Collaborating with owner and lead chefs on menus & products

• Creation and implementation of operational procedures

  • Co-ordinate regular management / team meetings

  • Ownership of POS system - ensure correct pricing, products and efficiency

  • Establish reporting and KPIs

• Assisting owner in developing the business to sustained profitability

  • Inventory control

  • Management of stock levels and stocktaking

  • End of day reporting/cash up and weekly reporting

  • Budget control

• Creative input to marketing strategies

• Ensure the business WHS policy and hygiene and cleanliness practices are upheld

• Manage  the *****@cherrymoon.com.au email account

• Monitor online google reviews when required, and responding to poor reviews and complaints in a timely manner

• Management of the Cherry Moon online shop
