Tasks & responsibilities

• Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes
• Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service
• Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a casual setting
• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a casual dining environment
• A Culinary Professional that can deliver exceptional service
• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
