Prepare and service/package food
Ensure all food portions are comparable and to a similar standard
Ensure all food are maintained at temperatures within the acceptable ranges
Train Cook and wait staff as to the food types and ingredients to ensure
communication with customers
Proven experience as a Chef in a busy hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity and passion for delivering outstanding food experiences
