About the client:
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of electrical cables. With more than two decades of experience, the company has played a key role in many large-scale projects across Australia, always ensuring superior quality and service.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or additional certifications or training in cable systems, power systems, or relevant electrical engineering areas (such as certifications in cable design or testing standards).
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in designing electrical cable systems for various applications, such as power transmission, telecommunications, and data systems.
- Proficiency in designing electrical cable systems for various applications, such as power transmission, telecommunications, and data systems.
- Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards (cables).
- In-depth understanding of electrical power systems and how cable systems integrate into broader electrical networks.
- Hands-on experience in cable installation, commissioning, and maintenance for electrical power systems, industrial installations, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of safety standards in cable engineering.
- Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
