Are you an experienced and passionate PBS Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role? Sea Change Health Professionals is expanding nationally and we’re looking for a PBS Team Leader to pioneer and lead our newly formed teams of PBS Practitioners. What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant degree

• PBS practitioner ID with a Proficient or Advanced designation.

• Certification or training in PBS, ABA, or Behaviour Support Planning.

• Proven experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and strategies.

• Solid understanding of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and policies.

• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of NDIS behaviour support standards and compliance expectations.

• Willingness to travel between client sites as required.

• A current driver’s licence, access to your own car, and a safe driving record.

Desirable:

• Advanced training in Functional Analysis, Restrictive Practices, or other advanced behaviour support techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, clients, families, NDIS representatives, and service providers.
