This is a flexible role-work from home, at their welcoming therapy hub, and out in the community, supporting NDIS participants of all ages to live more empowered and independent lives. What You'll Be Doing As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work directly with participants and their support teams to create meaningful, person-centred behavioural support strategies that improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices. Your Work Will Include Completing functional behaviour assessmentsDeveloping evidence-based Behaviour Support PlansCollaborating with participants, families, carers, and support teamsDelivering training to staff and carers on support plan implementationWriting reports, letters, and NDIS documentationBuilding strong relationships with a range of stakeholders What We're Looking For They're open to various backgrounds and experience levels. You may be: A registered Allied Health professional (e.g., Psychologist, OT, Social Worker, Counsellor)Experienced in behaviour support, disability, or early childhood interventionPassionate about working in a person-centred, trauma-informed way You'll Also Need Relevant qualification in Allied Health or Human ServicesCurrent registration with AHPRA or relevant bodyA valid Australian driver's licenceA cleared WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
