Task & responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty services, including but not limited to facials, skincare treatments, waxing, makeup application, manicures, and pedicures.
• Consult with clients to understand their skincare and beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform skin assessments to determine skin type and condition and customize skincare routines accordingly.
• Administer facials, peels, and other skincare treatments with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform body hair removal treatments, such as waxing, threading, or sugaring.
• Apply makeup for special occasions, such as weddings, parties, or photoshoots.
• Deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail art if applicable.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and at-home maintenance routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and skincare trends, products, and techniques.
• Sell and promote skincare and beauty products to clients, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of client information, treatment history, and product sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client has a memorable and satisfying experience.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar role
• Relevant Cert III or Diploma qualification in the related area
• Experienced in working with minimal supervision
• Good communicator
• Great time management skills
• A collaborative approach with the management
