About Coastal Waters Aged Care Come and join our team at our beautiful Coastal Waters Aged Care Residential Home, located near the picturesque shores of beautiful Jervis Bay, Coastal Waters provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment. Your Duties Will Include, But Not Limited To Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or CareComplete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation PlansTimely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care ManagerEnsure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
