Assistant Business Development Manager
Location: St Kilda
Salary: Up to $70,000 + Small Commissions on New Business
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as required.

A high-performing real estate office in St Kilda is searching for its next rising star to step into an Assistant Business Development Manager position.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a top-performing BDM and gain hands-on mentorship while developing your own career in business development and client engagement.
This role is perfect for a Leasing Consultant or Property Manager who thrives on people, relationships, and growth — and is ready to transition into a sales-forward role without the pressure of strict KPIs.

About the Role:
• Support and collaborate daily with a leading Business Development Manager
• Assist in driving new business growth and managing client relationships
• Organically bring in new listings (commissions paid on successful conversions)
• Support the leasing team and assist with leasing duties as required
• Gain exposure to listing presentations and client management in a structured environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in property management or leasing with an agents representative certificate.
• Confident communicator with a passion for people and property
• Driven, energetic, and eager to grow within a sales-focused role
• Someone who mirrors initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
