- Manage CyberArk PAM operations including privileged account onboarding, access provisioning,
modification, deprovisioning, password rotation, RBAC implementation, and JIT access controls.
- Configure CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) policies for endpoint privilege elevation,
application control, and monitoring of local administrator activity across endpoints.
- Work with application owners and CyberArk support teams to onboard enterprise applications into
PAM, improving privileged access governance and reducing unmanaged credentials.
- Monitor and investigate security alerts across Splunk SIEM, CrowdStrike, including phishing, brute-
force attempts, suspicious account activity, PAM bypass attempts, and identity-related threats.
- Create and tune Splunk SIEM detection use cases, alerts, dashboards, and correlation searches to
improve security monitoring and threat visibility.
- Shadow Senior Team members with Splunk SOAR playbook development by automating repetitive
identity security tasks and improving incident response efficiency.
- Investigate CrowdStrike Falcon detections, endpoint threats, Indicators of Attack (IOAs), and
vulnerability findings while supporting remediation activities.
- Perform external attack surface and dark web monitoring using CyberInt and CrowdStrike, identifying
exposed credentials, impersonation attempts, and suspicious domains.
- Coordinate identity governance activities, including access reviews for approximately 180 applications,
validating user access and supporting compliance with ISO 27001 and Elabor8 frameworks.
- Support security incident response activities by analysing alerts, gathering evidence, documenting
findings, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
