Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Rope Access Technician carries out inspection, maintenance, and technical access work at height using industrial rope access methods across our commercial, industrial, and infrastructure client sites in Melbourne. Joint a highly skilled, safety-driven team, the successful candidate will rig and operate rope access systems to inspect, service, and where required repair building facades, structures, and height-safety equipment, always working within strict safety systems and to Australian Standards. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone with a genuine technical interest in rope access work, a methodical approach to risk, and a safety-first mindset on every job.

Annual salary of AU$80,000 - AU$90,000 + Superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Perform façade maintenance duties on high-rise buildings using abseiling techniques

• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations according to Australian Standards to maintain a secure workingenvironment

• Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it's in good working order and provide regular inspections reports forcompany traceability

• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs in a timely manner, high quality and safe.

• Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and the public

Qualification & experience

• At least 1 year of experience in abseiling High-Rise Buildings

• IRATA Level 2 or level 3 in rope access

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

• Excellent and fluent communication in English and Spanish

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and teamwork skills

• Certified Installer certificate

• First Aid Certificate

• Confined space Certificate

• Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation
