About Company

At The Grove Academy, our mission is to provide exceptional early childhood education and care for children from birth to five years of age. Each of our centres is purpose-built and thoughtfully designed to support the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a warm and engaging setting. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our educational practices are grounded in the belief that children are capable, curious learners. We nurture their natural sense of wonder through play-based learning, exploration, and meaningful interactions. Our dedicated educators implement a curriculum that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional development—laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. What sets The Grove Academy apart is our holistic approach, defined by our proprietary Grove Theory framework. This comprehensive model supports the development of each child’s mind, body, heart, and creative expression. Complementing our curriculum are our Grove Exclusives—specialised programs such as martial arts, yoga, and meditation—designed to instil mindfulness, resilience, and physical well- being from an early age. We also prioritise nutrition as a key element of early development, ensuring that children receive wholesome, balanced meals daily. These combined elements work in harmony to enrich each child’s educational experience and help shape confident, well-rounded individuals.

With multiple state-of-the-art centres operating across Sydney and the Illawarra region—including locations in Bankstown,Oatley, Bexley, and Wollongong—The Grove Academy has become a trusted part of the communities we serve. Our Oatley campus, where the nominated role is based, is a leading example of our commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence in early childhood education. This centre features thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments and is staffed by a team of passionate educators who embody our values. At The Grove Academy, we believe in building meaningful relationships not only with children and their families but also with the wider community. We are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child is valued, supported, and given the tools to succeed.
