"MT. VIEW" HOMES INC' is seeking a driven and competent Registered Nurse Level 1  to join our team in Booleroo Centre, SA 5482. This is a full-time, permanent position within our 30 bed Residential Aged care facility, working alongside our dedicated nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents. 

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to our aged care residents, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and developing and implementing individualised care plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic, person-centred care, focusing on individuals preference and choice
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Proactively identify and address the evolving needs of our residents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our care standards

What we're looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with no restrictions
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of the elderly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care
• Proficiency in the use of healthcare-related software and digital technologies
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating compassion, respect and a positive attitude.
