We are hiring for a Restaurant Manager to join our venue in North Beach, WA 6020. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the venue, including managing staff, coordinating food and beverage service, maintaining high service standards, managing stock and supplies, monitoring budgets and costs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements.

Task & responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service and team leadership. You will work closely with senior management to uphold the company's high standards.

Manage and train front-of-house staff

Create staff rosters and control wage costs

Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing

Oversee customer service quality and resolve any guest concerns

Coordinate events and functions

Monitor stock and order supplies for front-of-house operations

Work collaboratively with kitchen, accounts, and brewery teams

Maintain a safe and welcoming workplace environment

Qualification & experience

Relevant qualification (Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent) or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Proven experience managing a busy restaurant, pub, or hospitality venue. 

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Experience with rostering, stock control, and financial management
