We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to the safety, wellbeing, and developmental progress of children. You will work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Responsibilities

•    Implement and assist in the development of educational programs (EYLF).

•    Supervise children’s indoor and outdoor activities ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

•    Support children’s daily routines including mealtimes, rest, and personal hygiene.

•    Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily observations.

•    Engage with parents and families to provide updates on their child’s development.

•    Ensure all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Required Skills & Experience

•    Qualification: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).

•    Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Australian regulated childcare setting preferred.

•    Compliance: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for documentation and parent interaction.
