We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Design Drafting team. In this role you will be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
As a Design Draftsperson, you will play a key role in creating innovative residential unit development concepts. Working closely with our skilled sales team, you will design grouped dwelling and strata development projects, from rear stratas and duplexes through to large multi-residential subdivisions. Your expertise in building design, R-Codes, and the NCC will help bring client visions to life while ensuring compliance and buildability. This role requires strong construction knowledge, creativity, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
About You
You're a motivated Draftsperson / Designer who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. With strong knowledge of residential construction, compliance, and client needs, you thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy problem-solving.
For both roles, you will bring:
Cert IV or Diploma in Residential Drafting & Design (or similar)
Minimum 2 years' residential drafting/design experience
Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
Solid understanding of R-Codes and NCC
Strong construction knowledge (including buildability)
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
WA-based (or relocating) with full Australian work rights
Candidates who are creative and design-focused, enjoy developing innovative residential concepts that balance compliance, functionality, and client needs will be highly regarded.
