About the Role

As the Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of your designated department. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage the daily operations of your assigned department Supervise, train, and lead staff to achieve performance targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement Implement and maintain workplace health and safety practices Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve department performance Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Experience: 

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in inventory control and performance reporting Understanding of relevant workplace compliance and safety standards Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
