National Dental Care is seeking a professional and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team in a modern, patient-focused environment.

This casual role offers variety, with the opportunity to work across three of our Grace Dental practices located in Edensor Park, Bonnyrigg, and Green Valley.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Grace Dental network, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Previous Dental Receptionist experience - desirable

• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

• Previous experience using D4W - desirable

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation

• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail

• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
