This is a great opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator with previous retail and or dealership experience to join our brand-new team on a greenfield site in Myaree. Representing the automotive Marque of MG and Jaecoo with the support of Regent Motors, the dealership is destined for rapid growth and long-term success. 

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of new and used vehicles to the dealership sales staff in preparation for vehicle delivery to our guests.

• Clearly and diligently communicate with sales team.

• Assist with the quality check for cleanliness and ensure all the correct accessories are fitted prior to delivery.

• Generate internal and external purchase orders.

• Register and record all vehicle movements whilst identifying any concerns.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Retail sales experience (preferred dealership experience). 

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Highly organised with attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve.

• Solid computer skills.
