We are currently recruiting a newly created Dealership Management position. This role would suit someone who has sales/vehicle service experience, a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills.

You will be a key player in our Campbellfield dealership and have an opportunity to drive our culture all whilst gaining the best out of the team for best results. This role would be overseeing our Campbellfield sales operation with continuous support from Management at our head office in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Sales and Delivery Teams.

• Coordinating daily workflow for the Campbellfield dealership.

• Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.

• Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.

• Management and distribution of sales leads.

• Rostering.

• Organisation of training for new staff.

• Customer assistance & problem solving.

• Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

• Organising and running Victoria trade shows

The ideal candidate will have:

• Automotive or Caravan background - desirable but not essential.

• Strong People Management skills.

• Previous sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet targets

• Automotive or vehicle sales experience preferred to ensure industry-specific product knowledge and customer understanding.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Dealership Management experience - desirable but not essential.

• Ability to problem-solve.

• Sound Computer skills.

• Minimum 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with dealership management software preferred)

• Intermediate CRM skills required with ability to manage customer data, track sales pipelines, and generate reports effectively.

• Valid Australian driver's licence

• Eligibility to work in Australia
