But what we are is one of the most loved, most uplifting, and good-vibe studios in the region. Now we're looking for our next unicorn-person.

We're Industry Dance Co., not your average dance studio. We clap loud over here. We believe every kid deserves to walk into class and feel like the most important human in the room. Good vibes only, big dreams always. That's the brief for us.

Here's what we're after:

We are open to hearing who you are and what you want! Ideally we would love a dance teacher (or two) to join our Goulburn team. We're not married to a specific genre, a specific level, or a specific number of hours. The right human is the right human and we'll build the role around you.

You could come in for:

• One day a week. Four hours. Either on a maternity contract of approx. 6 months or longer if you're up for it!

• A few nights as a casual, an easy vibe.

• A part-time gig with a packed weekly schedule.

• Up to 35 hours a week if you're ready to dive in deep with options to fill administration gaps and planning if you are keen!

Jazz, Hiphop, Contemporary, Ballet, Acro, Tap, Cheer... we teach it all, Tinies through to Opens. Bring what you've got, we'll match you to where you'll shine.

What we'll give you in return:

• A team that actually backs you (we just took the whole crew on a paid retreat, that's the kind of studio this is) 🤍

• A base of over 35 teachers and 700 students across our two locations (Goulburn + Tahmoor) brining added extra opportunity with workshops, concerts etc.

• Competitive hourly rates, negotiable based on experience.

• A studio that takes work-life balance seriously, because we know dance teaching is a calling AND a job.

You'll be a fit if:

• You've taught dance before (studio experience preferred but we're flexible, tell us your story)

• You're warm, organised, energetic, and genuinely love working with kids

• You hold (or are willing to get) a Working with Children Check

Goulburn-based, Canberra-based, Southern Highlands-based... all welcome. If you can get here reliably, we want to chat. If you want to re-locate to the area and are looking for support to set yourself up with a reliable role within our studio, let us know! We would love to help facilitate the role + move.

We are open to applicants of all starting dates, from immediate start, term 3 start or even term 4 start.
