We are a local point-of-sale (POS) software company and we are looking for a full-time Customer Support Engineer to join us.

About the Role

  • Install and configure hardware and software for our customer onsite or remotely

  • Deal with customers’ queries and requests about the system in a timely manner

  • Provide technical support across the company

  • Answering customer calls regarding system issues

  • Maintain good relationship with our customers

  • Test new software functions


Key Competencies

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Demonstrate a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude

  • Good communication skill

  • Fluent in Chinese and English

  • You need to have Australian driver’s license. Applicants with car is preferred
