We are a local point-of-sale (POS) software company and we are looking for a full-time Customer Support Engineer to join us.

About the Role
Install and configure hardware and software for our customer onsite or remotely
Deal with customers’ queries and requests about the system in a timely manner
Provide technical support across the company
Answering customer calls regarding system issues
Maintain good relationship with our customers
Test new software functions
Key Competencies
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Demonstrate a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
Good communication skill
Fluent in Chinese and English
You need to have Australian driver’s license. Applicants with car is preferred
