DK Thompson Partnership has been in operation for over 25 years and currently operates Hertz & Thrifty brands across Sydney & The Hunter Valley.

We are looking for a new team member to work across our Hunter Valley network.

***CASUAL HUNTER VALLEY POSITION***

We operate locations at Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton and Muswellbrook.

This position will involve training at Maitland and future shifts any of our locations in particular Muswellbrook. Please keep this in mind when applying. We understand this is a broad area and would suit someone who resides centrally to this area.

We offer an attractive hourly rate. No experience necessary as full training is provided. 

The dual role is responsible for:

• Cleaning and presenting vehicles to a high standard.

• Ensuring vehicles are in a road worthy condition.

• Delivery and collection of vehicles from repairers, customers and other Hertz locations.

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. 

• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers.

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

• Administration tasks 

To be successful, you will require:

• An eye for detail

• Be a fantastic communicator.

• Friendly attitude and high attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Be physically fit.

• Be a team player.

• Broad Availability which includes working Saturday 8am to 12pm

• The ability to work shifts at the locations specified if required.

• Must have a current driver's license.

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check (at our cost) 

• Willingness to undergo a medical assessment (at our cost)

Our trading hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm.
