Martin & Co Electrical is a fast growing electrical company based in Wangara.

We run a busy team of electricians across residential and commercial work and pride ourselves on great customer service clear communication and high quality work. With 11 vans on the road and a growing team things move fast around here.

We are looking for a Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our office team full time.

The number one priority in this role is answering phones and helping customers, so a friendly and confident phone manner is a must.

Full time
Monday to Friday
8am to 4pm

You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting customers and the field team.

Your day will include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Responding to customer emails and messages
• Gathering information from customers and preparing quotes
• Scheduling and booking jobs
• Assisting with unpaid invoice follow ups and other admin tasks when needed

No two days are the same in a busy trade office.

• Enjoys talking to customers on the phone
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• Likes being organised and keeping things running smoothly

Admin experience is preferred.

Experience with ServiceM8 or trades based businesses would be an advantage but is not required. We're happy to train the right person.
