We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to join our Campus Operations team on a casual basis. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, learners, facilitators, and stakeholders, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our learning environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding front-line service across our Adelaide campus. You'll support customer enquiries, assist with program delivery, coordinate campus activities, and help create a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and learners.

No two days are the same. You'll work across reception, administration, hospitality coordination, and operational support to ensure our programs run seamlessly.

This casual position requires availability to work Monday to Wednesday between 7:45am and 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front reception service
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate where required
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support catering and hospitality providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Assist with general campus administration and operational tasks

Program & Campus Support

  • Support the successful delivery of training programs, workshops, and events
  • Coordinate room set-ups and refreshes throughout the day
  • Assist with catering arrangements and hospitality services
  • Support the distribution of schedules and room allocations
  • Provide first-level support for customer and learner enquiries
  • Assist with virtual program moderation and online session support when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, administration, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Flexibility to work casual hours as required
