📍 Location: our Gloucester branch

🕒 Hours:

•            Monday: 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM

•            Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 2:15 PM

•            Wednesday: 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM

•            Friday: 8:45AM – 5:15 PM

💰 Pay: $30 per hour + superannuation + leave loading

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their needs
• Open new accounts and guide customers through products and services suited to their goals
• Guide customers through our digital banking tools, helping them feel safe and empowered
• Keep customer details accurate and up to date
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams for lending, insurance and other financial solutions
• Work toward clear performance targets
• Learn the essentials of banking while building strong, genuine relationships
• Grow your skills through ongoing training and development
