Coach Opportunity at CrossFit Minerva Erina and Tuggerah

We're looking for an energetic and community-driven coach to join the team at CrossFit Minerva across both our Erina and Tuggerah locations.

What's Available

• Casual coaching role

• 12+ coaching hours per week

• Personal Training hours available

• Free gym membership at both Minerva Erina & Tuggerah

• Ongoing training and coaching development paid by employer.

Availability Needed

Applicants will need to be available for classes:

Candidates must be available for all listed time slots to meet scheduling requirements.

• Monday to Friday

• 5:00am

• 6:00am

• 7:00am (at Tuggerah)

• 9:30am

• 4:30pm

• 6:00pm

Weekend availability is flexible.

What We're Looking For

• Someone passionate about helping people move and feel better

• Strong communication and people skills

• Reliable, positive and team-oriented

• CrossFit coaching experience preferred

• CrossFit Level 1 certification must be held at the time of application.

• Cert III & IV in Fitness preferred

• Valid work authorisation required for employment in Australia.
