We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead our clientelling and CRM strategy across Paspaley Retail and the wider Paspaley Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Paspaley’s clientelling and CRM strategy across Retail and Group brands.

  • Define and enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.

  • Develop acquisition, retention, loyalty, and gifting initiatives that deliver measurable value.

  • Own the annual CRM and client engagement calendar, aligned to business priorities and KPIs.

  • Translate customer insight and data into clear strategic direction.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver a cohesive, brand‑aligned client strategy.

  • Provide leadership to the CRM team, fostering performance, accountability, and capability.

  • Uphold data integrity, privacy, and CRM governance standards.

About You

  • 8+ years’ experience in CRM, client engagement, or clienteling within premium or luxury retail.

  • Deep understanding of client lifecycle management, segmentation, loyalty, and lifetime value.

  • Proven experience leading CRM strategy end‑to‑end.

  • Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, and strategic thinking.

  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence senior leaders and teams.

  • A natural leader who values discretion, refinement, and brand excellence.
