Task & responsibilities

·       Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard

·       Manage your section with confidence during service

·       Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace

·       Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

·       Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

·       Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes

Qualification & experience

·       Related qualification or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

·       A calm, professional attitude with strong communication skills

·       Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce

·       Ability to work independently and within a team

·       Punctual, well-presented, and dependable
